1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m555 website located at https://m555.im and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.

3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on m555. Creating, operating, or using more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, m555 will close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances or winnings generated through them, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). All transactions are processed in BDT. m555 does not accept foreign-currency transactions or international payment cards at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be updated by m555 without prior notice. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

m555 does not currently charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. m555 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on m555 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. m555 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except as expressly provided under these Terms or the applicable sport-specific rules.

5.2 Insufficient Funds

A bet will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake. m555 will not grant credit or allow negative account balances under any circumstances.

5.3 Odds and Market Changes

Odds published on m555 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Platform. m555 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time for operational or integrity reasons.

5.4 Void Bets

m555 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds publication, evidence of match-fixing or corruption in the relevant event, technical errors affecting bet processing, or cancellation of the underlying event. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply across all sportsbook and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section. m555 reserves the right to apply these limits at settlement regardless of the stake or odds accepted at the time the bet was placed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by m555 are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that you hold a verified account in good standing and have not previously violated the terms of any other m555 promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds that are not fully played through within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
